Payment

Silence Records offers three ways to pay for your order:

1. Credit card / debit card
We accept credit card payments directly on our website through the financial company PayPal® (E-bay group). The transaction is made in Euros. Any credit / debit card displaying an international payment logo (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, etc.) can actually process an order, from any country.
2. Checks made in Euros only
In order to pay by check, we ask that you send us your order on a piece of paper: fill out your online shopping card, then print it out (or write it down on a blank sheet with the articles, reference, quantities). You absolutely must add 2 Euros for shipping and handling for each single item on your order. Include your shipping address. Fill out your check with the total amount for the order, to Silence Records. Mail it along with your order form and proper postage to the following address: Silence Records, Mas Grosse Galine, Vallon de Valrugues, 13210 St-Rémy, France.

Shipping

We can ship in most countries in the world, given that their postal system can be overall guaranteed. If you are not sure about your shipping destination, please contact us.

If it happens we cannot guarantee the shipping of your order to the destination you've given us, we will contact you as soon as possible in order to discuss an alternative possibility or cancel your order.

If you want shipping with a private global mail carrier (DHL, UPS, FedEx...), contact us before processing to pay for your order, by e-mail, in order for us to guide you through the appropriate procedure.
